Drum & Flow is a Pilates-based class focused on core, strength, flexibility, and balance. It's a unique and fun class incorporating light weight drumsticks for added toning, balance assistance, and flow. Mat recommended (can be purchased in studio) Stix Provided.
Pound Fitness is an energetic, full-body cardio workout, known as the "rock out workout" -rocking out with lightweight ripstix/drumsticks. Slow down this jam session with a feel-good cooldown! Mat recommended (can be purchased in studio) Stix Provided.
About Cardio Drumming
Cardio Drumming is a low-impact cardio exercise combining drumsticks and large exercise ball. This class is accessible to all ages and fitness levels. Improve heart rate, rhythm, strength and more while enjoying energetic music. Drums and drumsticks provided.
About ZUMBA
Zumba is a dance aerobic fitness, inspired from Latin dance and cardio movements. Dance with exciting and soulful energy while you workout!
About HOOP AND CORE
Work your lymphatic and strengthen your core with this fun, low impact workout using hoola hoops for added balance and technique.
